概要
This hands-on Talent Acquisition position manages experienced-hire recruitment from requirements definition through closing. The role partners with hiring functions, manages sourcing channels and contributes to recruitment analytics, employer branding and process improvement.

業務内容
• Align experienced-hire requirements with business functions.
• Create job descriptions and select appropriate recruitment channels.
• Conduct direct sourcing and develop candidate pipelines.
• Build and manage recruitment agency relationships.
• Manage candidates from screening through interviews and closing.
• Follow up with new hires and relevant internal stakeholders.
• Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Support recruitment branding, data analysis and reporting.

• Manufacturing recruitment experience is advantageous.
