概要

This is a strategic HR Business Partner role supporting business leaders across the Japan organization. You will provide HR consulting, lead talent and organizational initiatives, and drive HR transformation projects while working closely with specialist and regional HR teams. The role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape how HR supports the business.

業務内容

• Partner with business leaders to understand HR needs, analyse issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Lead HR consulting activities, including proposals, presentations and stakeholder discussions.
• Drive organizational and role changes, ensuring smooth stakeholder alignment and communication.
• Lead global and regional HR transformation projects for Japan, including requirements definition, testing and issue resolution.
• Work with HR specialist and global teams to deliver the right HR solutions and improve HR services.
• Lead talent management for managers, including succession planning, development and performance management.
• Provide talent insights and analysis to support business and people decisions.
• Act as an HR representative in senior-level meetings and cross-functional projects.
• Support HR governance, labour compliance and continuous improvement.

必要な能力・経験・資格

• 7+ years of experience in HR, HR consulting or business partnering.
• Strong experience in HR consulting, talent management and project leadership.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing complex HR topics.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and ability to work across HR specialist and global teams.
• Advanced business-level Japanese and business-level English.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, organizational development or a related field.
