- 支払いデータ作成-SAP /業者、社員経費精算
- AP関連の締め作業

Other
- CSM (Cost sharing model)fileの資料準備
- 経費精算の監査ｻﾎﾟｰﾄ
- その他の決算関連項目
- プロジェクトのad-hocサポート

Treasury Operation
- Cash flow forecast and weekly cash balance update via Kyriba
- Closing related
o Bank account reconciliation
o Automatic currency clearing

- Cash conversion request and communication with corporate treasury team (JPY to USD)
Intercompany Accounting
- Arrangement of intercompany payment & receipt
- Journal vouchering of intercompany transactions
- Intercompany transfer price entries
- Intercompany forecast / reporting for revenue and COGS information
Tax
- Payment of WHT, C-tax, property tax and corporate income tax
- Preparation and submission of statutory reports / payment records
- Preparation of corporate income tax filing package / consumption tax filing package
Account Payable
- Perform payment run for vendor payment / expense reimbursement
- Closing activities for AP related
Other
- Support preparation of CSM file
- Support auditing of expense report
- Other closing related items
- Ad-hoc support for any project

資格等全般
- 会計または財務部門での 5 年以上の実務経験
- US GAAP と J-GAAP の両方の会計基準に関する基礎知識
- SAP ユーザー経験3
- 日本の税法および報告要件に関する基礎知識
- 外部および内部との日常的なコミュニケーション
- アドホック レポートと複数タスク能力
- 英会話と英文でのコミュニケーション能力

Overall qualification
- 5+ year working experience at accounting or finance function is preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting standard in both US GAAP and J-GAAP
- SAP user experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Japan Tax regulation and reporting requirements
- Day to day communication with external and internal customers
- Ad-hoc reporting and ability to multi task
- English communication skill in speaking and writing
