仕事内容
You will play a critical role in expanding the recruitment agency partner network and maximizing their success on the platform. This position combines elements of Partner Success, Sales, and Strategic Planning, allowing you to contribute directly to service growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner recruiting agencies
- Provide strategic support to maximize their hiring success and business outcomes
- Analyze scout and usage data to identify areas for improvement
- Deliver tailored guidance, product usage tips, and best practices
- Collaborate with the product team to drive feature enhancements and user experience improvements
- Negotiate renewals and manage ongoing partnership communications
- Proactively conduct outreach and present the platform’s value to new recruitment agencies
- Plan and execute webinars and events to enhance brand presence within the recruiting and executive search community
応募資格
3+ years of experience in either:
- HR tech or mid-career recruiting services in a sales, customer success, or planning role
- Recruiting agency experience as RA, CA, or researcher
