International Start up company is looking for experience contract manager to join its team - Excellent opportunity to work in a growing business and take the next step in your legal career

You will be responsible for contract drafting and negotiation for various contracts in the company. You will be working with various business partners across the business and help with their processes. Further you will also be responsible working on other legal projects and with the legal team.

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 6+ years legal experience at law firm and/or in-house.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing, draft agreements and negotiate in both
English and Japanese.
Experience in contracts management and/or process management.
Strong transactional and project management experience.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured and entrepreneurial environment.
Responsible, accountable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Law degree - preferred
Licensed to practice law in Japan and/or US. - preferred
In-house at major multinational corporation - preferred
