General personnel operations centered on salary and labor management and HR partner operations.

The Shonan Center is the main base with factories, services, general back office, and part of sales. It is expected to play a role as a business partner for managers such as factory managers and as a right-hand man for the general manager of the Human Resources and General Affairs Division.
応募資格
・Basic knowledge of labor and salary
・Business level English skills
・Business level PC software skills (MS office)
・5 years or more of personnel work
・Welcome people with experience in human resources at factories and manufacturers
・ University graduate or above
