職務内容 - The Position:
This is an internal consultant role for Search Operation Specialist.
Keeping people safe and creating consistent experiences on our platforms requires both industry-leading policies and processes that allow us to enforce these policies around the world. We optimize all Global Operations processes to benefit the advertisers, partners, and employees who use our platforms.
As a Trust & Safety Operations Specialist, you will be on the front lines, handling sensitive, complex user-facing issues for our Live product. You’ll leverage learnings to build at-scale operations, enhance operational workflow/process, safety-first support solutions. You’ll also help shape team strategy and execute on team objectives using complex project management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making.
Daily tasks:
• Keywords data analytics: Weekly and bi-monthly assessment regarding search quality in line with evaluation guidelines and policies.
• Evaluate user search needs over query and tools, sort out grading of requirements
• Adjust types of search bad cases and rate the results’ quality
• Advise on ideal search results and feedback recommendations for policy improvement
• Create evaluation reports in English.

必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• Solid Native or close to Native level of Japanese
• Business level English (English will be used in a day to day basis)
• Must have a bachelor degree
• Passionate to learn about search engines, familiar with the use of social media networks
• Strong understanding of Japanese culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits in Japan
• Curious, wish to learn and ability to use Microsoft Office suite
