This is a HR Manager position.
As the Japan office HR Manager, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The HR Manager is responsible in the supporting of the day-to-day management, your typical day looks like:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and preservation of human capital and nurture a positive working environment
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Provide support and guidance to HR staff
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits

• Working experience as HR Manager or Standalone HR
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
• Good communication skills in both English and Japanese
• International mindset
