This role sits at the intersection of business and people strategy, partnering closely with business leaders to drive talent-related decisions, design and execute hiring strategies, and enhance organizational effectiveness in ways that directly support business growth.

業務内容

• Design and drive company-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business portfolio priorities
• Partner with business leaders as an HRBP to identify organizational challenges and translate them into hiring and people strategies
• Optimize hiring channels and improve quality of hire through strategic use of sourcing methods
• Manage hiring investment and budget allocation based on business impact and ROI
• Leverage internal and external data to support decision-making and provide insights to leadership
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives such as onboarding, retention, and culture building within assigned business units

必要な能力・経験・資格

• Strong experience in talent acquisition, HR, or business-side project management
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives across multiple teams
• Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments
• Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into people-related actions
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
