仕事内容

職務内容 – The Position:
This is a standalone HR role in Japan, acting as the primary HR point of contact for the local business. You will work closely with APAC HR leadership and play a key role in aligning local HR practices with regional strategy.

業務内容 / Job Role and Duties
• Act as the sole HR representative in Japan, managing end-to-end HR functions
• Partner closely with APAC HR to implement regional strategies and policies locally
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, performance, development, and engagement
• Collaborate with a TA assistant to drive recruitment activities
• Coordinate with external vendors for payroll and HR administration
• Lead performance management and organizational development initiatives

必要なスキル・経験 – Required Skills and Experience:
• Experience working in an international environment and partnering with regional stakeholders
• Proven ability to operate as a standalone HR with high ownership
• Business-level Japanese and fluent English communication skills
