This HR Business Partner position works closely with business leaders and employees to align people priorities with business needs. The role provides both strategic and hands-on HR support, helping strengthen organizational capability, employee experience, and effective people management.

• Partner with business leaders to translate business priorities into practical people initiatives. • Provide HR guidance to managers across employee relations, performance, organizational development, talent, and workforce topics. • Support organizational and people changes while ensuring effective communication and stakeholder alignment. • Use people insights and business context to identify workforce priorities, risks, and opportunities. • Collaborate with HR colleagues and specialist teams to deliver consistent and effective HR solutions.

必要なスキル・経験 – Required Skills and Experience:
• Solid experience in HR business partnering, HR generalist, or a comparable people-focused role.
• Strong understanding of core HR practices and the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to advise and influence managers while balancing employee and business considerations.
• Experience handling employee relations and organizational matters with sound judgement and confidentiality.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities in an international business environment.
• Ability to work effectively across local and global teams.
