This Talent Acquisition Specialist will support active hiring across the Japan business, covering commercial and technical functions. Working closely with senior HR leadership and business stakeholders, the position will take hands-on ownership of recruitment processes and help maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent vacancies.

業務内容
The position will manage recruitment activity across functions including sales, partnerships, marketing, customer success, solutions and project-related roles. The focus is full-cycle recruitment delivery, stakeholder partnership and a consistent candidate experience.

• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and translate them into effective recruitment activity.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from role intake and candidate attraction through assessment, selection and offer.
• Source and engage relevant candidates through direct approaches, recruitment agencies and other appropriate channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines across multiple concurrent commercial and technical vacancies.
• Coordinate interview processes, maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders, and support a positive candidate experience.

必要な能力・経験・資格
• Proven in-house Talent Acquisition experience with independent ownership of recruitment processes.
• Strong full-cycle recruitment capability covering intake, sourcing, assessment, selection and offer management.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines in a fast-moving environment.
• Capability in direct sourcing and proactive candidate attraction.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies and external recruitment partners.
