業務内容
• Develop and execute new-graduate recruitment plans aligned with business strategy.
• Partner with functions to define hiring requirements, positions and organisational needs.
• Manage relationships and negotiations with schools, government organisations and external stakeholders.
• Select recruitment channels and manage recruitment advertising and agency relationships.
• Design and operate selection, candidate engagement and closing processes.
• Analyse recruitment data and implement process improvements.
• Lead recruitment projects through joining and entrance activities.
• Manage recruitment team members and new recruitment initiatives.
