This HR technology position develops, maintains and operates internal HR information systems. The role works closely with HR, General Affairs and other users to improve processes, data utilisation and system reliability.

業務内容
• Design, develop and maintain systems supporting employee, organisation, attendance and performance data.
• Gather requirements and coordinate system specifications with internal users.
• Design, test and release system enhancements.
• Manage external development and maintenance vendors.
• Troubleshoot incidents and manage system security and access rights.
• Support HR data visualisation and analysis using business intelligence tools and Excel.
• Design and support integrations between HR and other enterprise systems.

必要な能力・経験・資格
• Professional experience developing or maintaining HR information systems.
• Ability to translate user requirements into practical system solutions.
• Strong coordination skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Understanding of secure HR data and access management.
