This Learning & Development position develops and operates employee training infrastructure. The scope covers learning frameworks, programme and content development, facilitation and learning-management systems.

業務内容
• Build and operate the employee learning and training framework.
• Plan and develop learning programmes and training content.
• Deliver and facilitate employee training.
• Implement and operate learning-management and training-management systems.
• Support learning for new graduates, experienced hires and existing employees.

必要な能力・経験・資格
• University degree.
• Professional experience in employee training, learning or employee education.
• Ability to plan and coordinate learning programmes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
