This Talent Acquisition position supports mid-career recruitment across multiple group businesses. The role partners with management and business stakeholders to translate hiring needs into recruitment plans and execute sourcing, selection and candidate-attraction activities.

業務内容 – Job Role and Duties

• Develop recruitment strategies and hiring plans with relevant business stakeholders.
• Define hiring requirements and determine appropriate recruitment methodologies.
• Manage recruitment agencies, media and direct-recruitment channels.
• Create job descriptions and other candidate-facing recruitment materials.
• Manage applicants and selection-process progress from initial application through offer.
• Conduct casual interviews and formal interviews and support candidate assessment.
• Plan recruitment branding, public-relations activities and recruitment events.

必要な能力・経験・資格 – Requirements

• Proven professional experience in corporate environments.
• Solid mid-career recruitment experience within an operating company.
• Experience managing recruitment processes and multiple hiring stakeholders.
• Ability to develop recruitment plans rather than focusing solely on administration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management capability.
