Position Title :
・HRBP
Job description:
・This position will work very closely with CEO of group company in order to discuss HR strategies to impact business.
・This position will also take core responsibility to build recruiting strategies to each child companies.

Type of person looking :
・A person who has great understanding of HR strategies and business.
・A person who has great vision for recruiting plan based on company’s business plan.
・A person who has good understanding of IT industry.
・A person who can act proactively to CEO and board members to improve business plan.
