仕事内容
You will be responsible for Contract review, drafting and negotiation as well as working with investment teams and negotiation with counterparts in foreign countries
Other duties include help support compliance functions and giving legal advice to various stakeholder across the business.
応募資格
- background in finance (any finance okay) 5+ yrs
- experience working with loan agreements (pref)
- experience working in legal in a financial company
- strong communications skills in English and Japanese
