仕事内容

sk of the role
• Propose annual audit plan to the AUDIT AND SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE for their resolution
• Conduct the audit and the ad hoc assignment from the perspective of compliance and/or management effectiveness and report the result to the AUDIT AND SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE
• Participate in the company’s important meetings and report the summary to the AUDIT AND SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE
• Propose the AUDIT AND SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE monthly meeting agenda, determine through discussion with the AUDIT AND SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE members, and participate in the meeting
• Prepare and maintain the documents of the AUDIT AND SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE
• Facilitate AUDIT AND SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE’s statutory duties such as audit report, opinion of appointment of and remuneration for the Executive Directors, and remuneration for the External Auditor
• Help the AUDIT AND SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE members keep updated about the related regulations change and topics outside of the company through information gathering and sharing
• Coordinate with External Auditors to ensure that the AUDIT AND SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE can timely and effectively sync with them

応募資格

[Essential]
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Law, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the back-office function (Legal, Compliance, Finance, etc.) or the audit function
• Understanding of the Companies Act of Japan as well as the Corporate Governance Principles and ability to understand the viewpoints of the Audit and Supervisory Committee
• Understanding of company’s business processes, risk, and internal controls
• High integrity for the duties
• Willingness to learn the company’s business and its development
• Ability to work independently as well as communicate with a variety of colleagues
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent deadlines
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
• English language skills (oral, reading, and writing)

• Knowledge of software/internet technology company
