1. Supporting and observing operation and administration adequately by checking sales transaction report
2. Skill-required procedures of finance and accounting, and related reportings - monthly report for each store / brand, report for audit etc.
3. Reporting of issues/solutions/report to financial manager and/or CFO in English and Japanese
4. Handling in in-house finance system and working with digitalized operations and flows using Microsoft office
5. Work with counterparts in several local divisions globally
6. General Accounting mainly focusing on Sales Recognition but not only limited to this area.
7. Support accounting project localizing to implement in Japan market
8. Payment Strategy. Coordination with HQ and business partners
9. Support Managers for Tax and Treasury tasks.

1. More than 3-year actual work experience in Finance and Accounting Preferably in retail and/or foreign company
2. Knowledge of general bookkeeping or accounting theory and principles, difference between Japan GAAP and IFRS. BOKI 3rd grade would be advantage.
3. Ability of detailed and precise analysis in database and accounting records and reports
4. Basic Excel skill: Pivot Table, SUMIF, etc
5. Proactive attitude in pursuing work and projects, detecting issues and problem solving
6. "Should Be" thinking and "Hands on" attitude
7. Flexible and adaptable for change and innovation, good interpersonal skills
8. Good team player and positive work ethic with time / task efficiency
9. Fluent English and Japanese communication skills
10. Digital savvy
11. Well-knowledgeable for SAP system or any finance system
