This is an HRBP position.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for dedicated HRBP candidates to expand employee education as their business expands. As a member of the HR team, you will oversee the employment cycle and labor related tasks to provide solutions. You will catch up on the latest talent management projects in a timely manner through regular communication with US / APAC HR teams, and to implement them according to the Japanese market.
必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• General knowledge in HR: hiring, packages, training, talent management, employee relations.
• Experience in training or L&D project planning.
• Comfortable with English speaking and writing.
