Tomoko Nakayama, Aya Kase, Aya Hayashi, the Responsible Person for Recruiting Services is appointed as the person in charge of the handling of complaints related the use of personal information.

4. Handling personal information:

Tomoko Nakayama, Aya Kase, Aya Hayashi, the Responsible Person for Recruiting Services, is appointed as the “Handler of personal information”. Upon receiving request for information disclosure from the candidate, the Handler will disclose necessary information based on the objective fact such as the person’s qualifications and career experience with the minimum delay. In addition, if there was a request to make a correction of the data based on the disclosure, and when this request matches the objective fact, the Handler will make a correction with the minimum delay.

求人の充足を容易にするための求人者に対する専門的な相談・助言	成功報酬　職業紹介が成功した場合における当該求職者の年間賃金の２００％手数料負担は求人者とする
特定の条件による特別の求職者の開拓やそのための調査・探索	着手金　職業紹介が成功した場合における当該求職者の年間賃金の　　　２００％活動１日当たり　　　　　　０　円成功報酬　職業紹介が成功した場合における当該求職者の年間賃金の２００％手数料負担は求人者とする
就職を容易にするための求職者に対する専門的な相談・助言	成功報酬　職業紹介が成功した場合における当該求職者の年間賃金の５０％手数料負担者は関係雇用主とする

返金規定

3ヶ月以内に紹介者が退職した場合

成功報酬金額の50%を返金
