Job Description
In this role, you will mainly plan and manage training programs for IT employees, including an internal corporate university and global leadership development. You’ll also help support employees’ career growth, run skills assessments, and find ways to measure training effectiveness. The job also includes supporting soft skills training and organizational development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development (HR experience not required)
- Strong data management and analysis skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Conversational level of English
