Job Description

This is a HR operation/Payroll position
Payroll ( % of total work) 40%)
 ・ Monthly salary / performance bonus work, attendance management system management, salary vendor management
 ・ SAP slip creation / payment processing
Data management / Creation of report materials (30% of total work)
 ・ Maintenance of personnel data by in-house system such as Workday
 ・ Creation of HC report
 ・ Personnel public relations and organizational management
 ・ Personnel cost plan management
labor management (10% of total work)
 ・ Health committee holding / employment management (Working status management, leave management, creation of company calendar)
 ・ Business office procedures (36 agreements, notification of changes in working rules)
 ・ Implementation of health examinations
Support for employees (20% of total work)
 ・ Response to employee inquiries , System operation support / personnel evaluation, salary increase / bonus process support / welfare system operation, vendor management / entry / exit procedures (implementation of hiring orientation (company rules, labor management) / operation of human resources education system

Requirements

Three years or more of experience in salary / social insurance related work at a business company or salary vendor is required
・ Familiarity with payroll operations is essential
・ Persons who can communicate appropriately with related parties inside and outside the company (coordination, negotiation, contact, etc.) [Knowledge, experience, etc.]
・ Knowledge of labor-related laws and regulations necessary for work
・ Person who has appropriate communication ability and can carry out work in cooperation with others
・ PC skill intermediate level or above (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 【Language Proficiency】
・ English beginner to intermediate level
