Build recruiting plans that targets technical and non-technical candidates
Ensure effective recruiting life cycles
Partner with internal leaders and HR teams to identify talent needs
Build strong relationships with university faculties and career departments
Boost brand visibility

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
7+ years of experience in recruiting, project management or HR
3+ years of team building experience
Knowledge of strategy development and stakeholder communications
Consulting and influencing skills
Fluent level English and Japanese
