Job Description
- To support and maintain the Performance Development program for employees in Japan, and communicate with HR team to implement new initiatives and liaise with HRBPs and leaders
- To provide assistance in talent management programs
Requirements
Biligual in Japanese and English
Expereinced in Talent Development
