Job Description
New graduate recruitment overall
・Candidate population formation (building relationships with universities, planning and operating events and seminars)
・Candidate management (selection process operation, offer, follow-up, support for joining procedure)
・Reporting to the department in charge and provision of market information
Requirements
Some experience within recruitment, new grad experience is highly welcomed.
Fluent in Japanese and ability to communicate win English.
You may need to work between 2 Tokyo based offices.
