Job Description
As a Senior Attorney you would be responsible for :
- Draft, Review and negotiate contracts
- Liaise with different stakeholders across the business and across group companies
- Provide legal advice regarding regulatory and related legal compliance issues
- Interpret agreements and offer advice on legal and contractual issues
Requirements
To carry out the above, you would need :
- Admitted to practice law in Japan or an English-speaking jurisdiction
- Minimum for 4 years of experience working as a lawyers, preferably in an international law firm or a multinational enterprise
