This is a Talent Acquisition manager position.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. As a manager in the talent team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.

Requirements

必要なスキル・経験 – Daily tasks, Required Skills and Experience:
• Reflect Manage a team responsible for high volume hiring in Japan.
• Build and coordinate the recruitment strategy according to the areas of priority
• Act as business partner to anticipate organizational change and talent movement e.g. hiring, transfer, promotion and exit
• Anticipate the company’s recruitment needs and define profiles in consultation with hiring managers and HR business partner
• Develop digital and direct sourcing methods in order to build a diverse external talent pool
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and follow up on candidates together with hiring managers, adapting recruitment processes in order to ensure effectiveness
• Build high-quality partnerships with recruitment service providers
• Be aware of current trends in recruitment and translate these into the company’s recruitment strategy and work closely with senior executive members
