Internaitonal Renewable Company is currently looking for a Strong Qualified Lawyer to join its corporate team

You will be responsible for the M&A side of the business. In this role you will be expected to have a strong understanding of the mergers and acquisitions process and providing legal advice for the business. Other duties will be advising on various issues and providing support to the company by liaising with external counsel. You will also help drive standardization and process improvement initiatives, develop non-standard, customized solutions when needed to address complex project challenges. You will also establish and nurture effective cross-functional and cross-cultural working relationships with legal but also business colleagues in other regions.

- qualified in Japan (preferred) or in common law jurisdiction
- min of 5yrs working experience
- team player
- English/ Japanese bilingual = strong communications skills
- Experience working abroad is an advantage..
