Job Description

This role plays a key role that supports the efficient and successful management of pupil’s recruitment and admissions along with promoting the ethos and philosophy of the school.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
 • The key responsibility is to champion the school brand in B2C and B2B channels and increase the enrolment numbers
• Follow the brand strategies and direction confirmed by the senior management team and translate it into concrete marketing plans and engagement campaigns to promote the school
• Familiar with digital marketing, able to locate target audiences and make use of the market know-how to create a unique position for the school
• Execute the agreed marketing plans, prepare budget and review the target spends and make real-time adjustments in order to optimize brand marketing campaign performance
• Organise and attend promotional events such as brand-building activities, admissions related activities such as school fairs, open days, information sessions and networking events 
• Oversee and support the digital initiatives and the social media platforms management such as Facebook, Twitter, Line, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Produce and ensure the language used in all promotional materials are up to standard, including but not limited to website, video, brochures, printed materials, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn), and the related layouts are aligning with the brand image and guidelines
• Generate quality leads through events and build up channels to recruit target audiences
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Monitor market trends, research information of international schools markets, including but not limited to their tuition fee level, offering and uniqueness, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities
• Provide marketing information and consolidate market insights to the senior management team 
• Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies


Qualification and work experience
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in communications or marketing
• Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience
• A good understanding of education and international school’s sector in Japan
• Prior work experience in similar capacity would be an advantage

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Japanese
• Results-oriented
• Good understanding of the full marketing mix
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
• Creative with ability to think out of box and attention to details
• Good at meeting deadlines, with good organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Good interpersonal skills
• Keep abreast of the latest education trends and marketing best practices
• Good computer and admin skills and accurately utilize large database 
• Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member

Probation Period: 3 months

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Lunch Break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
