職務内容 - The Position:
This is a C&B Manager position.
The company’s constant expansion in Japan leads to an increase in the C&B management needs of their HR Team. They are now looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of localizing and implementing strategy following a global perspective to the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a C&B Manager, you will conceive practical and creative ways to develop projects and deal with internal department and global counterparts. Working directly with the corporate in europe, you would be responsible for the oversight of the company’s C&B strategy, salary benchmark, and as well as policies developing for Inditex in Japan.

Requirements

必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• Great communication skill: Be able to communicate effectively with employees, the corporate in Spain, and confident to propose ideas.
• String analytical capabilities: Analyze trends and data to determine and develop C&B strategies.
• Be knowledgeable in external and internal compensation data.
• Familiar with Labor Law and government policy.
• Adaptable with digital devices and excellent computer skills.
• Comfortable to work in both Japanese and English.
