職務内容 - The Position:
This is a recruiter position.
The company is currently expanding its business in Japan. With the HR team, you will be assisting the upcoming hiring of talents in mainland China to support the growing need for efficient communication with current and future Chinese business partners. You will also have an opportunity of developing training skills and provide strategies in the future to grow your career in the talent management field.

Requirements

必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• 1 year or more experience in recruiting operations.
• Good analytical capabilities: to analyze data to determine and develop HR strategies.
• Fluent to native in Chinese speaking and writing. (English is a plus)
• Good communication skills and flexibility.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office software usage.
