Job Description

• Provide first line Desktop Support globally in a fast-paced pressured environment
• Administer of user permissions, mail groups, and application access, trading software support (i.e. Bloomberg Terminal, Factset, Reuters, etc.)
• Use Microsoft Active Directory, Bomgar, PowerShell to solve issues
• Support hardware including; desktops, thin clients, CISCO phones and peripherals
• Solve issues with Citrix Workspaces, VDI, Office 365
• Implement and troubleshoot Cisco VOIP phones and Zoom Conferencing
• Maintain documentation and enforce secure system policies

Requirements

• Basic knowledge in automating for Windows platforms leveraging PowerShell and SCCM
• Strong technical ability and outstanding troubleshooting skills
• Experienced in supporting mobile devices on MDM platforms: iPhones/iPads/Androids
• Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP)
• Knowledgeable of Zoom Conferencing and audio/video conferencing systems
• Strong hardware troubleshooting skills
• Experienced with supporting users remotely by troubleshooting VPN/VDI/VDA connections
