- 電子メールやWebページの問題に対するトラブルシューティングと診断情報の収

The Training and Awareness System Administrator will work with training and awareness technical expert and 3 rd party training and awareness SaaS tool. The tool will have global reach and provide security training and awareness as well as phishing exercises to over 38,000 employees.

- Operate the toolset to conduct training and phishing programs

- Provide visibility on the level of information security awareness through security awareness tools and reporting

- Create reports from the tool to show the training and awareness performance

- Troubleshooting and collection of diagnostic information on email and web page issues



Experience with supporting Users in a global company
Japanese Fluency written and oral and Written Fluency in English(email)
