Job Description

■Job Responsibility
1. To provide administrative assistance to finance division
2. To perform administrative duties by controlling stationery, maintaining phone directory, on-duty roster, office equipment, petty cash/request of check and purchase request
3. To perform secretarial duties by providing accurate and efficient PC skills, answering phone calls, and receiving visitors
4. To perform cashier job, including but not limited to operate e-banking system and over the bank counter transactions, collect and support to reconcile bank statement, etc.
5. To organize events, meetings and appointments, prepare/coordinate agenda and take minutes if required
6. To make overseas travel arrangement and hotel reservation
7. To act as a contact window by liaising with outside parties and coordinating with internal functions/departments
8. To do budget planning and management
9. To co-work with other departments to develop office plan of finance division
10. To perform other duties assigned by the CFO

Requirements

■Job Requirement
1. College graduate or above. Japanese - Native or Business level (N2 or above). Fluency in English or Mandarin is a plus.
2. Familiar with Microsoft Office
3. Experience in office administrative tasks, report & document processing
4. Effective and be able to work with cautious and detailed oriented mindset and under pressure
5. People-oriented, proficient in communication and coordination skills
6. Initiative, organized, flexible, passionate, energetic, independent, and dependable, and detail-oriented
7. Time Shift:Normal shift
8. Work Location:Kumamoto, no need to travel"
