Job Description
クロスボーダーシンジケートローン案件の組成業務－本邦投資家アペタイトを活用する海外企業向け案件マーケティング、当該企業クレジット分析、新規投資家開拓、案件のシンジケーションおよびエグゼキューション。
Requirements
【必須】
・コーポレートファイナンスやストラクチャードファイナンス業務経験がある方
・海外企業の本邦市場での資金調達の橋渡しを担い、その折衝に意欲のある方
・海外企業のクレジット分析に知見があり、それを活用した投資家開拓に意欲のある方
・海外勤務経験がある等、業務遂行に必要な語学力を有する方が望ましい(TOEIC860点目安）
