Job Description

・APACのITサービスチームと連携して、地日本国内のオフィス、店舗のIT サービスの調整、管理、スムーズな運営
・日本におけるすべてのITサービス管理、トラブルのローカル エスカレーション ポイント
・新店舗開店、移転、オフィス開設、改装などの際のIT ソリューションの提供

・Liaise with Global IT Service Management to ensure coordination, management and smooth running of the IT service within region including input into service planning and implementation of new services and global standards
・Act as the local escalation point for all IT Service Management issues in Japan
・Deliver IT solutions for agreed key in-region activities including events (markets), retail deployment, office openings, moves and refurbishments
・Liaise with in-region partner representatives and 3rd party delivery teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery and timely escalation to global teams
・Provide care and maintenance management and local leadership for Global IT Team members from Service Desk, Front Office, and 3rd line teams


・IT運用またはサービス管理における豊富な経験 (小売業界だと尚良)

・Extensive experience in IT operational and/or service Management (Preferably in the retail industry)
・Experience of managing third party vendors and stakeholders
・Fluent in English and Japanese
・Outstanding service knowledge with the ability to achieve high levels of business satisfactio
