SaT Global Strategy Office (GSO) はJBSにおいてストラテジー・アンド・トランザクション (SaT) に特化しているチームであり、SaTの海外コリドー戦略、駐在員ネットワーク構築・強化をリードしています。


【Japan Business Services & SaT Global Strategy Office】
Japan Business Services (JBS) is a global network that supports the overseas business development of Japanese companies. With approximately 400 Japanese-speaking professionals (including approximately 90 expatriates) located in over 70 major cities around the world, JBS provides uniform, high-quality services in the areas of audit, tax, strategy and transactions, and consulting.
JBS has established a headquarters function in Japan to oversee the global network. The Japan office leads the firm's global network, working closely with Japanese corporate professionals around the world to provide exceptional service on a global basis as a single, unified organization.
The SaT Global Strategy Office (GSO) is the strategy and transaction (SaT) focused team at JBS, leading the SaT overseas corridor strategy, and building and strengthening the SaT expatriate network.

【Job Duties】
- Relationship building with local Japanese companies
Creation of business opportunities
- Establishment and expansion of local GSO organization
- Gathering information on the local market, including identification of local issues for Japanese corporate clients
- Communicate EY's position to Japanese clients (marketing activities such as holding seminars, etc.)
- Support in providing services to Japanese clients.
- Support in providing services to Japanese clients.
- Assumed regions: North America, Europe, ASEAN (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam)
- Duration of assignment: Review every 2-3 years


・海外駐在員 / Business Development Professional

・Business Development経験を有する方
 1) 英語以外の現地語
 2) 海外での駐在勤務経験を有する、又は現在駐在している方
 3) グローバル案件の対応力(マルチカルチャーへの理解)、ボーダレスM&A案件などの経験者
 4) 特定インダストリーの深い知見(特にConsumer Products and Retailing、Automotive、Advanced Manufacturing、総合商社、Energyセクターへの深い知見をお持ちの方を優遇致します)

【Required Knowledge/Experience】
・University or graduate degree
・Ability to think logically
・Experience working for a consulting firm
・Experience in Business Development
・High level of English proficiency
・Experience with the following is preferred
 1) Local language other than English
 2) Experience working or currently working abroad
 3) Ability to handle global deals (understanding of multi-cultures), experience in borderless M&A deals, etc.
 4) Deep knowledge of a specific industry (especially in Consumer Products and Retailing, Automotive, Advanced Manufacturing, General Trading, and Energy sectors)
・Preference will be given to candidates with strong client networks in specific industries.
