Finance Business Partner は事業部門のリーダーと密に連携し、事業部の戦略的目標、ビジネス計画、財務パフォーマンスを理解し、ビジネスの成長につながる財務洞察やアドバイスを提供します。
ファイナンスビジネスパートナーの役割には、以下のような業務が含まれます。

【主な職務内容】
• 担当事業部のリーダーシップチーム及び、サプライチェーン、流通政策部、薬価チーム他と密に連携し、予算達成及び、事業成長に貢献するとともに、人、物、金の最適配分を提案し、事業成長に固執するパフォーマンス文化醸成を牽引する。
• 日々の業績管理業務を通じて、成長の機会及びリスクを担当事業部と共有し、関連部署と協業の上、事業部に改善案を提示する。
• 月次業績進捗会議他、業績管理業務のプロセスオーナーとして、担当事業部(ニューロロジー事業/免疫炎症事業部など)の業績管理が滞りなく行われている状態を担保する。
• 予算/予測/中長期計画策定業務において、提出までの手順を責任をもって完遂するとともに、数字と事業の方向性、事業部の意図の整合性を担保し、レビューに向け、説明のストーリー化及び、それをサポートするわかり易い説明資料の準備を行う。
• プロジェクト及び、シナリオ選定時に財務評価を行い、ファイナンスの観点より意思決定に関与し、最適なシナリオを事業部に推奨する。
• 常に複数シナリオを用意し事業部と共有の上、リスクに備える。
• 費用の透明性向上、費用対効果の測定、ベンチマークを行い、担当部署の資源が最も成長につながる活動に投下されていることを促す。
• 引き当て計上、売上認識基準他、経理コンプライアンスの遵守を促進する。
• ファイナンス内担当者間で協業し、業績管理業務の簡素化、共通化を進める。
• 売上を含む、財務諸表上の構成要素及び、担当製品のビジネスモデルを深く理解し、担当事業部他関連部署に知識及び考察の共有を行い、社員の財務情報の理解度を向上する。
• AI、Advanced Analytics tool 他新しい技術を活用し、インサイトを生成、予測精度の向上、業務負担の軽減を図る。

The Finance Business Partner will collaborate with the business unit leaders to provide financial insights, guidance, and support to help drive business performance while understanding business unit’s strategic objectives, business plans, and financial performance and aligning with overall business objectives.
The Finance Business Partner role includes tasks listed below:

[Major Accountabilities & Responsibilities]

• Work closely with all key stakeholders including business unit leaders, Supply Chain Management, Distribution (Wholesaler) Management, Pricing, and others to achieve Budget, and contribute to business growth. Propose optimal resource reallocation and lead development of performance culture
• Through day-to-day performance management, share growth opportunities and risks with the business units in charge and propose improvement plans collaborating with relevant teams
• As the process owner of performance management including monthly performance tracking meeting and others, ensure proper performance management is in place without delays
• In creating and submitting Budget, Forecast, and mid to long term planning, be responsible for ensuring consistency between numbers, directions of business unit, and creating story in preparation for the reviews. Also prepare, easy-to-understand backups as required
• Conducts financial evaluations on certain projects and scenarios. Participate in decision making and recommend optimal scenarios to business units
• Always prepare multiple scenarios and share with business units to prepare contingency plans

[必須要件/Must have experiences]
• ヘルスケア業界での 3 年以上の経理または Local FP&A の経験/Min 3 yrs experience in Controlling or local FP&A Preferable) in the Healthcare industry (Pharmaceutical is preferred)
• 会計および財務分析に関する基本的な知識とスキル/Basic knowledge and skills in Accounting and Financial analysis
• 英語力/Fluent in both English and Japanese
• 学士以上/University Degree
