Cultural incentives

 

Each team has a biannual target that allows them to take a trip overseas together if they hit.

The whole company has an annual target - if we hit the target we take everyone away on a trip together.

 

Our regular company events include;

• Hanami - cherry blossom viewing party

• Halloween party

• Christmas party

• Company BBQ
