・Review the network design and scrutinize the contents and composition of the construction
・Construction coordination with construction venders
・Construction order specification creation, quotation request document creation, construction order, inspection, acceptance inspection, payment work
・Construction progress management, construction quality control, construction safety management
・On-site surveys, on-site witnessing, coordination with NTT GC, 3rd party DC venders
・Ordering and shipping processing of construction materials
・Database management and updates
・Infrastructure design for new 3rd party DC expansion

Role Profile:
・Negotiations with new vendors

Capacity management
・Negotiation with NTT, 3rd party DC venders and Colt DCS when capacity addition and request for quotation
・NTT, 3rd party DC venders and Colt DCS action progress management
・Database management and updates
・Considering infrastructure optimization

・Experience in construction coordination at a telecommunications carrier or experience in construction management at a Telecommunications Construction company（5years or more）
・Experience in Solution design, provisioning/Construction of services (DWDM, Packet N/W),
・Microsoft Office: intermediate level.
・Project Management Skill for small and large project
・Business level English Japanese for construction management in Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong
