Job Description
・日本の会計基準及び米国会計基準(US-GAAP)の知識必須
・社員数 100 名以上の企業での就業経験
・SAP、ERP 使用経験必須
・Excel、PowerPoint、Word 中級以上
・サプライチェーン業界でのファイナンス分析経験あると尚可
・必要に応じて自身で分析を企画してレポートを作成
・セルフスターター、プレッシャーがある中でも周囲と協力しながら成果を出せる方
・英語力ビジネスレベル必須（目安 TOEIC730 点以上）
-資料は英語のため読み書きは必須
-会話でのアウトプットは基本的に社内のみ
-英語の会議は多いが、発言やプレゼンする場面は多くはないため、理解できれば可

Over 5 years FP&A or Corporate Planning experience
Over 3 years team management experience

Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Industry
Japanese: Native level
English: Intermediate business level
Word /Excel /PowerPoint: Advanced level
Experience with SAP, Essbase, Oracle and other Database Management & Reporting Tools
