• Lead and execute people strategy aligned with business goals
• Partner with leadership to drive organizational performance and workforce planning
• Oversee HR functions including talent management, learning, compensation, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, policies, and governance requirements
• Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
Requirements

• Proven experience in HR business partnering within a complex organization
• Strong knowledge of HR practices including talent management, performance, and employee relations
• Solid understanding of labor law, compliance, and governance in Japan
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
• Experience in leading change and transformation initiatives
