Our Client is an American Online Technology Company

• Maintain accounting procedures in compliance with company's global accounting policies, procedures and processes;
• Do the budget, forecast, and financial reporting for the Japanese line of business;
• Assess customer/product profitability through robust financial analysis;
• Perform financial modeling, including discounted cash flow analysis, for key decisions such as
price changes, new product introduction, and capital investments;
• Ensure appropriate financial controls are implemented and maintained across the business to
minimize risk;
• Prepare / review monthly account reconciliations for various accounts and activities;
• Play an instrumental role in improving existing processes through process change or automation;
• Involve in some audit task - internally and externally;
• Assess the impact of strategic financial decisions and present recommendations to leadership;
• Design, develop, and implement processes and reporting that improve the finance organization’s
ability to provide financial insights. Share these with the global finance team and work with the
team to establish best practices;
• Manage and develop the local Japanese finance and accounting team

Experience both in accounting and FP&A but Accounting experience is the most important (Experience more than 10 years in total as an accountant and a leader of accounting team and More than 6 years as a FP&A)
CPA Preferred
Management experience more than 8 years
Manufacturing related backgrounds
Knowledge of JGAAP and USGAAP
SAP experience
Native Japanese speaker and Business Level to Fluent English
Preferable Age in their mid-forties to early fifties (up to 52-year-old)
