1. SQL and SAS programming skills, or at least have a certain knowledge or background to catch up.
2. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of insurance risk and rate analysis, or at least have a strong background.
3. Business level English is preferred, as is Japanese.
4. Self-motivated with the ability to take on tasks proactively.
