Job Description

Together with a team, you will act as first point of contact for all employee queries across Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). This team provides essential first level Employee Experience support intended to improve manager and employee success by addressing inquiries related to Employee Experience policies, procedures, and programs as well as the entire employee life cycle.

Requirements

• Act as first point of contact
• Experience with the employee life cycle and HR information systems such as WorkDay
• Supporting and driving local as well as regional projects
• Excellent customer services skills
