Title: HRBP Director||人事ビジネスパートナー・監督

Requirements

• Reflect Partner with business leaders and the HR team to help the business drive organization and people agenda including talent management, organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development
• Provide management coaching to business leaders to and senior managers.
• Demonstrate analytical capabilities and influence business partners with data-driven recommendations
• Partner with global HR teams to support business unit initiatives and global HR initiatives.
• Drive HR projects and key initiatives with global / local HR teams
• Engage with talent acquisition team to provide input and review progress against hiring targets and org design
