Job Description
■顧客のITアウトソーシングニーズに対し、当社運用ソリューション（NSFITOS/emerald）の競争力強化するための企画立案を行う。
■運用自動化（AIOps、RPA、ITSMツール）等の提案・企画実装
Requirements
【必須要件】
■ITILを理解した運用設計、もしくは運用経験
■顧客折衝能力
【希望要件】
※以下のいずれかの経験が望ましい
■企画経験
■運用自動化（AIOps、chatbot、RPA、ServiceNow等のITSMツール）等の提案・実装
■運用サービスメニューや料金表の整備
■運用コンサル経験
