Thank you very much for your application to RGF Talent Solutions Japan K.K. (RGF Professional Recruitment Japan) (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). Please read and sign this "Handling of Personal Information of Applicants and Confidentiality Agreement" below.
1. Personal information
Personal information means information about an individual that can identify the individual by descriptions that constitute such information including name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and school name. Even if such information cannot identify an individual by itself, information that can be easily collated with other information, and as a result, can identify an individual is included in the personal information.
2. Collection and purpose of use of personal information
The Company shall use personal information collected from applicants solely for the purpose of the Company’s recruitment activities and shall not use such information for any purpose other than the stated purpose of use.
3. Method of management of personal information
Collected personal information is managed strictly by the Company. Please note that application documents will not be returned.
4. Accuracy of personal information
The Company shall strive to accurately process the personal information provided by applicants. However, applicants shall be responsible for the accuracy and recency of the personal information they provide.
5. Voluntariness of the provision of personal information
It is not necessary for applicants to respond to all the items that they are asked to provide. However, please note in advance if you fail to provide the necessary information, the Company may not be able to consider your employment.
6. Provision of personal information to third party
Except as otherwise provided by law, the Company shall not provide nor consign the collected personal information to any third party without the consent of the applicant. Provided, however, that in the event of the following (Item 7), personal information may be provided without the consent of the applicant to the extent that such provision is not in violation of relevant laws and regulations.
7. Outsourcing of personal information processing
The Company reserves the right to outsource some or all of the work of handling personal information. In such a case, the Company shall be responsible for the handling of all personal information by the outsourcing contractor.
8. Disclosure of personal information
In the event that the Company receives a request to notify, disclose, correct, add, or delete the purpose of use of personal information, to discontinue the use of personal information, to erase personal information, or to discontinue the provision of personal information to a third party, the Company shall promptly respond to such requests in accordance with the internal rules of the Company. Provided, however, that the Company may not be able to respond to such requests in the event that business operations of the Company would be hindered or relevant information is necessary for business records.
9. Personal information manager
The Company shall appoint a chief information manager as a personal information manager and endeavor to appropriately protect personal information.

10. The Company's confidential information obtained through the recruitment process
The Company strictly prohibits applicants from leaking the Company’s confidential information that has come into their possession during the selection process.
